Ayurveda provides a simple framework, language, and tools to demystify your health.  From this foundation, I strive to create an atmosphere of growth in each workshop, where the material is dynamic and the participants are an active part of the discussion.  Each class provides a combination of relevant fundamentals, practical tips, and a facilitated question and answer period.  You not only gain how to take charge of your health, but also the why behind your actions.  You learn how to incorporate the science of Ayurveda to create greater balance in your digestion, in your everyday life, and throughout the changing seasons.
